Kagu Invest launched a new loan in April – Agricultural loan.

Agricultural loan is reasonable for those who need urgently money for agricultural activities but haven’t gained help from banks in any reason. Everybody can apply for a loan – private or juridical person and also self-employed entrepreneurs. Loan’s intended use is free. Property availability is required for applying.  

To gain the loan, applicant should be active in rural area, use arable or have farm. Loan can be used to buy maschines, build or renovate buildings, for spring sowing, animal farming or for self-financing to receive monetary support from EU foundations and funds.

Kagu Invest has significantly grown in the last year, increasing its loan portfolio 70% in 2007.
The company giving loans under a trademark Laenuabi has so far provided people with 150 million kroons.
Balance-sheet total of Kagu Invest rose by 85%, reaching 192 million kroons by the end of 2007. Due to growing loan portfolio and improving productivity the company earned a 19 million kroon profit, up 60% compared to the previous year.
